The Ladies
Nigerian women have a key role to play in peace-making in the home and also within the local community. As such BRICC is trying to encourage women to become actively involved in the reconciliation process between Christian and Muslim communities. Reconciliation can come through many different avenues. One of those avenues is through skills acquisition programmes whereby women from different religious backgrounds come to learn and train together.
Skills Training
BRICC is currently developing various skills training programmes to empower and equip women in the local area to become self-sufficient while also encouraging and establishing relationships between women from different ethnic and religious backgrounds.
The training programmes will be holistic in their approach and as such include relevant educational classes and workshops to coincide with the practical training. These include English literacy, entrepreneurship and peace education classes. The aim is to provide the trainees with the necessary knowledge to enable them to put the skills they have learnt to good use.

Education will cover practical skills and education classes including but not limimed too, Peace Education, Basic Hygiene, HIV/AIDS Awareness, First AID,Nutrition,Tree of life, Life Skills,Health Awareness/Women's Health.
